1. Order Cancellation

a. Before Dispatch

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier.

b. After Dispatch

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.
In such cases, you may initiate a return once the product is delivered.

2. Refund Policy

a. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund in the following cases:

Product is damaged or defective.
Wrong product received.
Product not delivered within the promised time frame (except due to force majeure events).

To be eligible:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
You must raise the request within 3 days of delivery.

b. How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@realstuf.com with your order ID and reason for the refund.
Attach clear photos in case of a damaged or incorrect product.
Once verified, we’ll initiate a reverse pickup (if applicable).

c. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not applicable for:

Products returned without original packaging or in used condition.
Items marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable.
Customized or personalized products (if applicable).

4. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.
